need help tunning

I have a 89 f150 302...9lbs pulley, intercooled, headers, full dual exhaust, msd ignition, upper and lower intake,61mm throttle bodie, mass air conversion,, now my problem is that the truck at idle is at 17A/F ratio which is lean .. how would i correct this problem ... do i need to get a custom tune.. or a chip burnt for me ....does anyone have any experience with this .... and should i just dump some more fuel into the engine...

How can you do this, or what is available to do this? Do you have a tuner with adjustability or??

well i definitely wouldnt drive it like that, towing it to someone who can tune it may be ur only option even if it is far.
