I would guess that jmc's truck with him in it and a 1/2 tank gas is 5400#
HI!... Yes but considering that my F-150 only weighed around 4550LBS with me in it, the new RANGER is a pig!!! My "83" Ranger only weighed in at 3100LBS and that was with a 351-W in it. But a lot has changed in the Rangers since then.
Either way JEAN-MARC, I'll just wait until your Manual crap box break and sail to the finish line! BWAAAAA! (JOKING)...........

Klitch,
I am having cooling problems with the engine using the location that I chose. The tanks are positioned across the rad and they block quite a bit of air flow to the rad. I was going to modify the way it was mounted today but it is raining. If it is nice tomorrow I will snap a few of the way I have it. Basically it is resting on the pipes and coat hanger hooks hold it to the rad cross brace. I have a 3 inch body lift so the pipes pass between the frame and the rad.
I needed to cut the brace that comes down to the bottom of the rads support. to make room for the intercooler.
