That's the cheapest I've ever seen a Roush...I wonder if I should hold out longer? All of these superchargers just keep going down...

I saw that on ebay today.... heck of a deal. Somebody will jump on it.

But, you can get a whipple for "around" the same price. From the information I have gathered, all the positive displacement blowers produce around the same power. It's only when you reach the high PSI that the Twin screw blowers (Whipple/Kenne Bell) make the most power/PSI.

Good deal either way.

Dont get me wrong its a good deal... but i wouldnt waste my time or money on a Roush Supercharger. Heck Roush F-150s from ford only run a 14.9... V6 Camrys are faster... Whipple Supercharger give a lot better results..

LOL. Dont listen to this crap. Its a good deal and Roush is a GREAT s/c. Its mild in its original tune but you can get a custom tune and do as well as most others AND you wont blow your motor like the "faster" ones will. Do research and DONT listen to people like this.

Ford Performance Trucks magazine ran a new Roush Stage 3.

"We ran the truck at Englishtown Raceway Park's quarter-mile dragstrip, and it went a best of 13.9 @96"

The truck also put down 345RWHP and 391RWTQ.

Roush is just as good as the other guy's out there. Plus, you have to consider that (correct me if I'm wrong), Roush is the only brand to use an independent pully system. The pully for the supercharger is different that the one powering the accessories.. This way you can speed up the blower without speeding up the accessories. Just a thought.

Good thinking on Roush's part.

Man instantgrits... please do me a favor and learn to read.... First of all i started of saying ITS A GOOD DEAL.... then I stated "Heck Roush F-150s from ford only run a 14.9" <--- which is info i got from http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...ticleId=116602

Having track-tested the truck the day before, we tell him it'll do zero to 60 mph in 6.8 seconds and the quarter-mile in 14.9 seconds at 93.3 mph.

He breaks out laughing. "Is that all? Jeez, my mom's Camry will show that thing its tailpipe."

We shrug him off as a Toyota tool, but we check the numbers later and it turns out a V6 Camry would get the best of the Roush by a few tenths. Ouch.

Now plz do me a favor and read so you dont look so damn stupid

I have the roush on my truck and it runs 14.0's and thats not launching it hard. and I still have my waranty. " not to knock whipple cause its a nice blower" but put the whipple on your truck and what do you have when you break it? no warranty, and a bill to pay.

I agree with you and that sense but instantgrits was just being a ***** and running his mouth about stuff that i was just stating the facts about.... but the roush not voiding the warranty is a plus side...
