When you say it changes the exhaust note about what RPM's are you at? does it happen when you are reading boost on the gauge?
this sounds very similar to what is hapening with me, i got brand new COPswith the take off so i didnt really think of this, i think i am going to put all my old COPs back on as they worked fine before and see if this changes anything.

i didnt dyno and data log at the place i went to, they had no data loging capability and the place just didnt seem like they could give me what i wanted, so i am going to call around today and find a shop that can datalog and knows what they are doing

well this whole damn time it was a bad COP, maybe more than one put my old ones back on and it runs good, i geuse i had higher hopes it is still alot faster not a rocket ship or anything but definitly faster, since it is running good i am going to do alittle research before i hit the dyno, make sure it is a good dyno shop before i just look up the first one and show up(did that and it didnt really seem like they new what they were doing) bottom line i am happy i did the supercharger swap. i will write a how to thread tomarrow on the swap. i just cant believe it never threw a code truck had me geusing on what the problem was. thanks for everybodies help and info, if anybody knows of any good dyno shops in the san deigo north county area let me know. thanks again.
