turbo manifold i built, not an F-150

i'd love to do a twin turbo setup on my '04 super crew... here are some pics of a BMW manifold i built. i have to make a second one, it will be much more simple though. i've built a fixture for the second one as well so the turbo position will be identical.

Cool

HI!... Very nice work! I just picked up a set of 5.4L turbo header flanges. All CNC cut, 1/2" thick. Both for $50.00(U.S). Couldn't pass up that deal. Going to start building my equal length turbo headers later this year.

that's not a bad deal for $50. what were you planning on using for the runners? the manifold pictured above is made with ms flanges and 304ss schedule 10 1.25" pipe and elbow butt weld fittings. they are pretty commonly used for this type of application and are pretty durable due to their .109" wall thickness. i imagine you'd probably want to go with atleast 1.5" pipe (actual o.d. is 1.9"). i've also made manifolds using plain mandrel bent tube as seen here:

HI!... I havn't decided yet if I'm going with S/S or a 12 gauge steel primaries. They will be equal length and will have 3" collectors. Probably going with 1-3/4 or possibly 1-7/8 primary tubes. Plan on running a max of 20PSI with a T-76MM or T-88MM turbo. Engine is built and has a STAGE III head with 0.600 lift cams. What would you suggest? 1-7/8 too big? Turbo intercooler piping will all be 3" and exhaust will be minimum of 3" or I might go 3.5".

HI!... The pic is from PRO TURBO. They want $240(U.S) each for thiers. WAY too expensive. HEDMAN/HOOKER sell the exact same thing for $175(U.S) for a pair. 1-3/4 primary, 3" collector.
