Get in touch with either Sal @ powersurgeperformance.net or Mike @ troyerperformance.com Sounds like you need a good tune.

Just asking.....You are putting the petal to the metal...right? Normal driving you want see any boost at all hardly.

Otherwise, as ADT said.

Check for belt-slip first and foremost. Any black dust around the supercharger housing? If you follow ATI's instructions for tightening the belt you are almost guaranteed to see a lot of belt-slip. What size is the pulley on the headunit? 12# pulley is a 3.40", 9# is a 3.70"

If by "want" you mean won't...I respectfully disagree.
I see boost at less than part throttle all the time. Not a ton of boost (obviously it increases with larger throttle openings).

Not at tiny throttle openings, but certainly at much less than full throttle when I'm accelerating.

Now, steady-state cruising, engine is in vacuum, that's normal. And gentle acceleration will produce little boost, if any.

Not to be insulting here but....are you running an underdrive pulley by any chance? Don't laugh, I've seen it done and taken calls from pissed off people complaining the SC is junk when they are actually underdriving the SC!

If you aren't seeing any boost with a 12# pulley, it's not your tune.

The blower is mechanical, just a simple impeller. So the faster you spin it, the more boost it puts out.

It's leaking out somewhere. Make sure your install is good and all connections are tight.

Is your bypass operating correctly?

If needed, you can get your blower rebuilt by ATI. But I would look elsewhere for the problem.

Where are you located?
Do you have detailed pics of your setup?

Also, your boost will ramp-up to 12psi at the shift point (and a little before). You won't see 12psi at lower rpm and/or small throttle openings.

Yep, you won't see 12 psi until you're at the rev limiter, 5200 rpm or so.

The ATI inline pump should be just fine as far as fuel pressure. The only down side to the inline pump is the reliability and the noise, that sucker is loud. Sometime soon I'll make the switch to the 255 lph in tank pump.

For sure, if you have a lot of belt slip you won't see max boost.
Do you see a lot of belt dust?
