For example I am in the process of upgrading the front rotors on my truck. Everywhere you go you will fine the Baer Eradispeed +1 rotors going for $800.00 + dollars. I found them here for much less and only $10.00 shipping. Can I find a similar deal with the Whipple?
Try superchargers4less. When I got mine, they were much cheaper than buying directly from Whipple. Tech support is still provided directly by Whipple.

I'm running an auto meter elect FP and mech boost in an A pillar pod. Whipple leaves you a place to drill and tap the supplied fuel block.

I have a 100 Ft LB clicker, and a smaller beam type. What was the lowest you had to go?

Well I'm a bit **** I guess. If Whipple said 25 inch pounds, thats what I did. You can likely get by without a TQ wrench for it and be ok. I had an inch pound TQ wrench but it did not go low enough so I borrowed one from a mechanic friend.
If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact me.

The Whipple arrived yesterday...It will probably be another week or so before I install but I have a question regarding the spark plug issue, should I attempt to remove the plugs first while the engine is warm or should I just wait til I reach that step in the manual? my truck has 36K miles.

Given what I have heard on this site, I would soak them overnight (I like PB Blaster), heat the engine up, remove the fuel rails and injectors (for room), then give them a go. Someone else may have a better way??

Where exactly did you tap for the FP sending unit?

Look at the black spacer that Whipple supplied with the kit. This is what you will drill and tap for the fuel pressure sending unit. I did mine so that the sending unit would point forward like the wiring on the fuel pressure sensor when installed. I'll try to post the picts to my gallery but this computer is kind of stubbon about uploading them to this site. Send your email and I will send them to you.
