I get 318 to the wheels on my 97, and that's with cr@ppy non-PI heads. I've got a Procharger running 10.5 psi. Your numbers should be way higher than mine.
Maybe Raider can chime in here, he's got an L blower on his 5.4L truck and I'm certain that he makes a lot more power than that.

I believe the Ford Racing plugs are just the Autolite HT0's. Not sure if you are running them already or not. That is the coldest plug that is made in this bastard design that is in the 3V engines. I have a buddy who works for Denso and they do not have a replacement plug and have no plans to make a replacement plug for such a unique design.
