I'm going to put the 39 pound injectors in and retune...thats it. I'm not going to stress the internals any further. HEMIs are no longer an issue.
I see a lot about quarter mile times for these heavy a$$ trucks. Anybody had a supercharged F150 in a truck pull? I mean a real one pulling a weighted sled. Thats what trucks do right? We have a pulling track locally here in NE North Carolina. Bring 'em on out...I'll watch!
My truck towed a 6500-7000 pound trailer up through three mountain ranges mostly in overdrive. I don't need a track or times to impress me at this point.

Maybe Raider can chime in here, he's got an L blower on his 5.4L truck and I'm certain that he makes a lot more power than that.
Depends what he dyno'd on. If it was a mustang dyno then that's about right. If not they yes I agree it's low but there are alot of operator factors that can contribute to low dyno #'s.

Just for info, the Powerworks kit comes with the Autolite HT0 plugs as part of the kit, along with the 39lb EV6 injectors that were used in the Cobra.

What are you going to do about your drive-shaft as you don't have a speed limiter anymore ? Did you replaced it ?
