Prochgarger too lean. what to do?

Not enough to completely shut down the flow but I think it might be enough to slow it down a little. As soon as I can I will relocate the pump to get rid of the pinch.
How do you have it mounted now? I mounted mine inside the frame channel, not the way ATI has it in the intructions. I used rubber grommets for the mounting bolts so I'd have to practically put my ear to the pump to hear it running.

I also have it mounted on the inside of the frame chanel using the rubber grommets. It's slightly behind, and below the fuel filter which has caused as S shape in the fuel in line. At first there was no pinch in the line. Must have happened latter.
