Sorry to have to change the subject.
Vortech just came out with a water to air cooler for trucks that looks nice, and if I were in the market I would give it a look. LOL

I've posted a dyno graph of my truck with a ProCharger P1-SC with a 12# pulley. I run a 3-core IC instead of the 2-core though. Vortech has better build quality overall but the ProCharger is hard to beat with the price. You won't have much problem with the tensioner on the ATI if you take the time to set it correctly.

aaaaanyway.....

if you're looking for more power at all rpm's i was told roots or twinscrew is the way to go. cents are great if you want to race like a mustang but if you're towing a boat or something practical like that i think you'll appreciate having that extra low end torque

I think I've just about decided on going with the Procharger with the intercooler. I think this setup would work great on a 2003 4.6. Is there much difference in performance between the 2 core and 3 core intercooler? Are we talking much HP?

3 years ago i got a vortech from ebay for $1400. no problems, no oil leaks, no maintenace, if i sale it i will simply put a fitting in the threaded hole to seal it up. no it is not as aggressive as the ati, neither will give you noticable power till 3500 rpm. easy install, great quality. i dropped approx. 1.5 seconds in a quarter mile with a very safe chip from vortech.

Go with the 3 core. It will give you significantly lower charge air temps.
