lightning swap help
Pull your belt off and see that you can spin each pulley, including the sc, perhaps you got some other component seized as an "oh by the way problem." I have seen a frozen idler pulley not allow a motor to turn over.
If they all move freely, remove the spark plugs and see if the engine cranks over, if there is a problem at least you won't hurt the motors internals.

i found the problem and again coolant was in my engine. alot, probably the whole tank. why? no sign of crack. two things i had doubt about though. one, i just reattach the heater hose without reassemble thew hose to the fitting in back of passenger lower manifold, which is the water supply for heater. correct?
There is a small hose that runs to the bottom of the intake plenum at the back, THIS IS PART OF THE PCV SYSTEM, DO NOT CONNECT IT TO COOLANT.
Beyond this, it sounds like you may have a leaking intake gasket or,(I may need to be corrected on this one), on the older heads there may be an issue of some sort on the sealing of the water passages with a later gasket???
If you have to pull the manifold off again, check this very carefully.

yes, that one hose comes up from the back side into a t connector and one end goes into the supercharger intake plenum and other end into the block.( right )?
i'd already pulled the top intake plenum off, tommoro morining i'm going to take out spark plugs , clean / dry them, reflush engine, raditor ect... change oil , and take off and check lower intake manifold.

what is P.I heads?
i just took off the lower manifold, i can't see any sign of leak from the top. the exhaust manifold however had some mixture of coolant and oil( slime like )
i tried puting in water from the raditor tank, it'll take about 15 seconds for it to completly drain out from oil pan. all of it.
my spark plugs / chamber is dry with no sign of water, so i don't think its the manifold gasket.

How can you say "the exhaust manifold however had some mixture of coolant and oil (slime like)" when you just took of only the intake manifold??
Can you post a pic of what you are looking at?

i'm sorry mike, i meant intake manifold. and some at the oil level dipstick,
well, i just cleaned everything now, where else possible can the coolant leak into the engine if i can visualy see it on the top of the engine.

found the problem, eventhough the intake gasket was brand new, coolant was still leaking through the driver side last cyclinder. i can see it going thorugh the gasket into the silicon. what can i add to seal it? ]
We need to see a pic of the intake surface of your head with the gasket in place, this way we will be able to tell if you have the P.I. (Performance Improved) heads.
Maybe someone (Iron Horse) can chime in here and tell us if there are any sealing issues with the P.I. versus Non P.I. heads that could be the cause of your problem. Your truck is a 2000 model so it certainly should have the late heads but then again, I have another customer who went to do the conversion and discovered that someone had put the early heads on a 2001 truck. I know the intake ports are much smaller and would seal using a later gasket however, I don't know about the water passages.

I too had a gasket leak, but it was due to me trying to install the entire blower and intercooler assembly in at once by myself and I ripped a piece of the gasket.
Couple things to take a look at and consider:
1. put a straight edge across the head intake and make sure it is flat (no gaps)
2. Same for the intake manifold in the same location
3. really look closely at the gaskets and make sure there are no tears.
4. make sure the gasket seals around the intake holes, not across them.
5. consider buying a brand new set of gaskets just in case these are damaged or worn.
6. If you haven't already, disassembly the entire intake from the blower so that the intake/intercooler can be installed separately and more easily (much lighter in weight).
7. put a little radiator coolant on the head, gasket, and manifold to lubricate all surfaces before setting the manifold in. It's inevitable that you will be sliding the thing around to get the bolts to start and that could cause small tears.
8. Torque the bolts to mfg specifications and in the recommended sequence. Somebody on this board has that sequence. I do, but not at my finger tips at this time.
9. take your time!

thanks adami67, i had the same problem in the begaining( trying to installed all at once.) which i too ripped my gasket. so i disassembled the charger and installed it piece by piece. with a new gasket( which leaked again) the third time i very carefully cleaned and set the supercharger, thought everything would be fine. ( LEAKED) ! this is the fourth time around., and i just finished installing the supercharger ( and torque and set the bolts per manufactures sequence) everything that has to do with starting the car i purchased new , got new spark plugs too. tommoro morning i'm going to try and crank my truck. hope this time it will turn over. wish me luck guys..
