Just got my flip kit and shocks from styling trucks, directions say as of Dec 2011 belltech flip kit 6440 will only fit 2004-2008 f150.
Wtf. And sort TRS styling truck had a better deal. And discount coupons.

 

Right now Belltech is devolving 09+ flip kit.

 

the 6440 works on some 09+ models tho

 

So the 6440 is what everyone else has one there 09+ models on this thread ?

 

The 6440 fits 04-12 but on the 09+ crew cab models there have been some issues like you have read on here. So they are developing a new flip kit.

I still sell the 6440 to Std cab owners.

 

@ColonelBlue......Its almost the middle of February...Have you heard anything???...Going to call them next week and see what they can tell me. I was coming into work the other day and a co-worker was behind me and said it looked like the truck was bouncing. From day one I have thought the shocks werent long enough and I still feel that way today

 

The shock length was based on what they knew worked on the 04-08 models. You might be correct.

 

When I placed some orders earlier they said they had a crew cab on their lift.

 

No sir, still nothing from them. I have also wondered bout the shocks but never payed attention to it having more bounce. I'll look into it when I get back home from vac.

 

I seen a guy with about an 08 fx2 screw with what looked to be a 3/5 drop and a belltech sticker in his window. And I noticed how bouncy his truck was.

 

Good news. Just got off the phone with Belltech about this. They asked if I could gather your VIN numbers,model of truck and problem. You can PM me this info. Belltech is nearing completion.

 

This sounds promising...But Belltech SHOULD have all the info they need from me...

 

They got all but my vin#. not sure if I wanna give it out.Beeing I can't see how it will help.
