3/5 with rear overload shocks

1.5/2 - has more *** this way so I can haul and tow more. It'd be nice to get another inch off the rear, but this was the best overal solution for me.

Thanks! They're 2008 FX2 wheels. You can get the same ones from the Ford Racing catalogue in polished or silver. But I really like the charcoal with machined lip, and they only came on the FX2 as an option for 2008.

The tires are 275/55/20 Firestone Destination ST. Same size that any other F150 with 20" wheels came with. I recalibrated the speedometer with a Hypertech tuner.

Milt IV, my truck looks identical to yours, except black. Your truck was actually my inspiration.

Now I understand lowering a truck, even a 4wd (where ice and snow comes to play) but why lower an FX4? I mean its the high end off road setup. Why not just a 4wd xlt or something? I guess I'm saying why pay extra for the extra offroad abilities only to lower it?

Again I'm not saying its bad to lower a 4wd as I'd do it if my truck was 4wd. Just why get the premium 4wd and do it?

High end off-road set up? It has skid plates, there is nothing high end on the FX4 in regards to off-road. I wanted a 4x4 that was completely loaded and color-matched, hence why I bought a FX4 Luxury.

I thought it had upgraded shocks, skid plates, and I thought it was higher suspension wise by either spacers or coils?

you guys all have great trucks, i have a roll pan, billet grille, and side pipes (90Deg) side exit, harley tails but not heads because i think their still 450$+. i have it tinted also.
but i need some wheels, im thinking 22" black and polished harley wheels off the older model- but im not sure what size tire or drop to go with i want it to set level and have the wheels fill up the wheel wells perfect.
thanks for all the great ideas!
