2011 f150 want to lower

Just got this brand new 2011 f150 5.0 XLT a few days ago. This thing really sits high and I want to lower it some. What are my options for lowering without running into front end alignment problems or anything of that nature. I don't want a harsh ride either. Dimensions stock are:

Front ground to fender is 36.5"
Front top of tire to fender is 7.5"

Rear ground to fender is 38.25"
Rear top of tire to fender is 9.25"

Please help.

There's a few threads covering the lowering of the 09-11 trucks out there. My suggestion is for you to do an advanced search.

I vote for the Belltech 3/5 kit that Milt IV has on his truck.

3/5 drop is on!!! 2010 FX2

BTW, do you plan on making your own Lightning with that 5.0 in there?

Thanks. I just sold my 04 cobra a few weeks ago, and I hope that I can refrain from going overboard on this truck. lol

One of the other things I am concerned about now is if a kit truly does drop my truck as it says the rear will be lower than the front per my measurements. Any Ideas?

I would go for a 3/4 drop. It will retain a bit of a raked look, but will definitely close up that awful fender gap. :o

Just contact a few companies and ask about what true drop amounts people are reporting, not what the kit says.
