Pictures wanted......

Hey everyone, I am in the middle of picking up parts to drop my truck. I have decided to go with the DJM 3.5/5 drop, and I already have my 22's, and the gears for the rear. What I would like to know and see, is tire size on 22's with the drop mentioned above. I would like to go with 285/40/22, but I have not seen any trucks dropped with that size rim and tire. I am not really interested in 305 wide, for me it sticks out to far. So if anyone has a dropped truck with 285/40/22 tire size can you please post up a picture or two so I can see it.

Thanks in advance.

Tyebo168, do you have any pictures of your 265/40/22's. If so, I would like to see them to get an idea of what that looks like. I have not seen that setup yet.

Hey
I have 285 45 22 on my truck, your tire is exzactly 1" overall lower than mine. At the fender1/2" and 1/2" lower to the ground So when you look a my album you can get an Idea of what your gap will look like but you will be a 1/2 inch lower on the body to the ground than mine is. Mine was a 3/6 drop from Belltech. I raised the rear 1 inch with air lift helper bags, hope this helps

Mark

Thank you.. It's on air but it can give you an idea how a 285/40/22 will look with a 2.5-3" drop..
