Need some help..
well i have not yet purchased a f150 im still lookin on the best priced one, it ll be a fx2 07 08.....but i want to start buying lil bits so when i get it ill have it all ready. im wanting to do a 3/5 drop on 24's. i ve had a ranger with a djm kit and some bags so i know rough rides and air. but i want something that will ride good but will still handle being a big truck and it being on rails when i want it to. so any info is very appreciated u guys would know better than i would with these trucks. thanks

hmm 4/7 sounds nice my old ranger had 6/8 before i bagged it. but i was going for the look of a guy on here cant remebr his name but he sold everything off his truck, was a all white lariat with 24inch boss wheels black i loved the look and i think it was a 3/5. i m just not wanting to go too low because it will be my daily and it will be my trip vehicle for awhile and dont want being to low beinhg a headache cause ive allready done that lol. but right around 3/5 would do me good but i just want the best bang for the buck, not strapped on money but dont want to spend a fortune on suspension ya know, but i really cant wait to have another lowered truck i miss it so bad especially living in florida, plus i already have my 4x4 86 bronco so that s my other play toy

Mine started off in 2004 dropped 3.5-5" on 22s with 265-35-22 tires was dropped that low until June 2009 then I went to 4.5-6" on 24s with 285-30-24 my truck is driving every day I go on vacations and drive it all the time rides and drives fine.
so would the ebeltech kit be a good kit to get if i wanted to go lowere or....is there other brand out there thats better for a 3/5 4/5 setup

The djm kit with the 3.5/6 or the 2.5/5 kit is a great place to start. Because if you ever think you will want to go lower in the future, you will want the lca's.....Just from my experience anyway...I just purchased my 3rd drop kit just to get the lca"s...
yea i was pretty happy with my djm on my ranger i know its alot different but yea,im just wanting to get it right the first time ya know. i read that the flip kits arent as good with the f150 leafs because there already so soft i think...now as in wheels ifi do the 24's what offset would i bee lookin at so there not sticking pass the fenders i cant stand that??
