The truck just sits like that. It's completely normal. Mine sits about 3/4" higher on the left than it does the right. Stock ride height and lowered.
All F-150's do it even at stock height, because the gas tank is on the left side and so is the driver. When you have a nearly full tank + a driver it sits level.

Is it the drivers side or passenger side. Because now you confused me.

Mine is actually higher on the right side as well. Didn't notice it before the drop mainly because I never really looked for it. On mine, you can't really tell unless you measure it, so I'm not too worried. The only thing I know of that you can do is to set you truck on level ground, loosen the front and rear leaf spring bolts and the rear shackle bolt (on both sides), then bounce the truck to get everything to settle in before tightening the bolts back up. May help, but only slightly. If it bothers you a lot, just put the helper bags on there with the pump and dual gauge setup. That way you can control the amount of air in each side individually.
well no i havent replaced my shocks yet going to order them next week when i get paid, well i unbolted the shocks it didnt do a damn thing so i loosend the the rear shackle and it somewhat sits more even but not by much so hopefully when i get my new shocks put on it will sit right

Ford may have been compensating for a full tank of gasoline which may (?) "even" the look. Do a test. Fill your tank to capacity, sit in the truck and let someone else take the measurements. I believe Arca is correct. If there's a difference, let us know. - Og
