Heck mine is now dropped 4-6 on 24s and I have a 20ft car hauler and all I use is a load equalizer hitch. But when it comes to pulling my 32ft enclosed race car trailer I let my 06 f350 handle that duty lol
I feel you guys but I'm cool. If I drop it 2" in the rear when I go to tow it may make my truck look like its sagging and I don't want that. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I absouletly don't want to lower

If that's all you're worried about, how often do you tow? And what do you tow? When I put my dad's 21 ft. Triton fish-n-ski on my truck with the shackles, it didn't sag at all. Handled it very well, and that's on leafs that have 108k on them. Fords are very good about not sagging under load. Chevys on the other hand...
...But if you just like the rake, I say keep it how it is. Don't let other people persuade you into doing something you don't want. It's still a good looking truck regardless
