Thank you sir. Really appreciate the feedback. I think you're right. I'm going to pick up the speakers and start there. Figure out the sub and amps after that. Probably will go with 2 amps. What does the rockford 3sixty do? Is that the equivalent of the audiocontrol lc6i or the JL cleansweep? What do you know about Cadence, PPI, Soundstream amps? Looked up those MMats too. Where can you buy those? Thanks again!

It's a equalizer, so it won't convert your line out, but it'll allow you to do a lot of fine tuning. And if you decide to run active it'd definitely be something to look into.

As for those amps, they definitely aren't what they used to be. I know new candence and ppi still do right around rated, but I'm not sure on how effieciently or clean it'll be. As for mmat's I know they sell them on ebay, not sure where else though. You could also look into Treo, they make some good products too and not too bad of a price. And both those brands will do rated easily.

Thanks guys for the continued feedback. I'm sure you're sick and tired of this thread, but I really am grateful. My head hurts from all the reading and searching and clicking on different tabs. I'm actually strongly leaning toward going back to that Alpine PDX-V9. Tons of power and ease of install. Is that lame? If I do that, then all I have left to decide on is the sub and the processor. Of course as you're probably used to by now, I'll probably change my mind by tomorrow! Thanks again for all the help guys.
