Any idea what power that amp actually puts out? Most decent shallow mounts will need about at least 300rms a piece and I have a feeling that amp puts out nowhere near 600rms. But some to look at are the alpine shallows, BM shallows, or even some IDQ's should fit, you just gotta make sure you actually have the power for them.

i have 2 rockford p3210sd's under mine on an RE xtx3000.1 amp...the boxes are alittle small (about .5 cf) and the amp is only turned up about half way...im not sure what the amp actually outputs but its too much if i turn the gain too high....specs say 1000w @1 ohm rms...and i think 600w rms @ 2 ohms.......mine are wired for 2 ohms...they sound good but i think a custom box that is around .7 cf for each sub would sound better...
i moved my amps behind the seat so now only the subs are under there...im trying to build a new box for both subs that has alittle more air space..

I had one shallow mount 12 behind my bench seat (when I still had it) powered by a 312 watt RMS Infinity amp. It worked awesome. However it needed more airspace to really bump, so if you're putting some under your seat, make sure seat motors, springs or other things don't limit it's airspace.
