thanks. but yeah im pretty sure ill be going sealed. the guy at the shop i work at does all the custom fiberglass and knows alot said i should go sealed, or downfire but i dont wanna mess with having to leave room for excursion and itll look cool in the rear.

I got the mold fabric from Select Products which is a 14 oz felt and its pretty thick.
i have a gallon of their resin that has a bubble gum scent so the neighbors wont think i have a meth lab goin.

ill probably start the fabric and resin friday

i put it in the truck today to make sure everything fit and had a couple problems that i tried to fix but couldnt get right.
between the dash and console theres about a 1/4"-1/2" gap and same on the bottom because the floor is not level and slopes.

i think it looks pretty good otherwise

Looks good! Im working on a fiberglass console enclosure build myself. Interested in seeing how yours looks when you finish!

yesterday i started the fiberglass and got alot done but still gunna work on it today and going to be adding matte in all the corners and other places to make it stronger.
heres a few pics but ill take some more later



you can see the bottom part where i had to seal it for the enclosure part

haha got pretty lazy and its just sitting in my garage with fiberglass filler on it that needs to be sanded which i did alot but got tired of doing it
