I don't believe that box will fit a 10W3V3. It says mounting depth is 5.8125 for the box, 5 7/8 = 5.875. Nope, won't fit without an aforementioned rubber ring of some sort or a spacer - which I would shy away from.
Fox does make a single 10" sub box that will fit a 10W3V3 though:

Would it actually benefit me to dynamat the rear wall of the truck? I have some rattle back there and was wondering if this would cure this and maybe give me better bass response inside the truck. Any thoughts anyone? I mean if I am not going to notice a noticeable difference in the above two things I would rather not spend $200 bucks getting it done.
