Haha hell yeah to that - I'm already considering losing the 8s and building a new baffle for a single AQ HDC10 now that they've dropped prices. Good god this is an addicting hobby. I'd be better off with a serious drug addiction.

I just didn't see 4 ported 12's under a seat, and no mention of a custom rear tearout/install.

Looks almost identical to the pile of stuff i had before i started. Now that its all in the truck, my stuff for stage 2 is piling up.

Hurry up and install that stuff! park your truck in the heated garage and deaden it to start.

Nice pile of stuff you have there. Should be fun putting it all in.

What size techflex are you using for the 1/0 gauge?

well i think im gonna wrap it in 3/8 and heat shrink it then wrap it in 1/2 and shrink it again.

friday might be the day it gets deadened and some wires ran. and i also gotta change out coil number four and do an oil change. should be fun...

Hopefully the deadening goes well. id like to get the floor and back wall done at least. maybe the doors. I've never had one of these door panels off so i honestly have no clue how it comes off lol.

i got that Knu 1/0 kit for like 55 bucks i think. 17ft of power wire and 5ft of ground and a fuse holder. Can anyone say cheap Big 3?? was gonna buy a thing of kicker 1/0 hyperflex for 60 bucks but i saw this and was all over it.

And i think i might get a PDX 1000.1 to go along with a 4.150 and either sell the eclipse or keep it for something else. most likely keep it. its just gonna be easier for me to have two small stackable amps. and maybe a 2.150 to go along with those other two. gotta wait for more paychecks. and ive got plenty to keep me busy for now.

i'll prolly try and deaden as much as i can and maybe get the big three done friday since i can't do much for running wires as i have no idea where i wanna put my amps yet.

oh and maybe put the pioneer in just for kicks to have ipod in the truck for awhile.

Yeah i know, but for what its for i'm fine with it. Still supposed to handle up to 250A and as short a runs as im using it'll be just fine.

I would have rather had all kicker wire for it and just gotten it from you but i never heard anything back from you about it. I just figured you had other stuff goin on, no worries. Since i was already ordering a bunch of crap from Knu i just figured id go ahead and get it all, wasn't trying to make you mad about it or anything like that. Not saying you are, just sayin ya know. I'm sure i'll need more wire in the future. My sister wants a stereo installed in her Cobalt so...

Unless you can still get me about 20 feet of the 1/0 hyperflex cheap then i would still take some actually. If you would still do that then let me know since i'll need it quickly and would rather use kicker wire. I'm sure the CCA knu wire would be alright for the big 3 BUT that kicker wire is just so damn high quality compared to the Knu. Not saying the Knu is junk but its not in the same league as the Kicker. so just give me a call and leave a voicemail or i can call you whatever, but ill be on trains today and tomorrow and Mr. FRA man says i gotta turn my phone off so...

But anyway enough rambling i gotta go to work.

Scott

The 1/0 that came in my kit isn't the kolossus kable. it's copper clad aluminum.
