New Box Build, Among Other things!
FYI that amp is a monster. I just installed one in my truck today (along with a T600-4) for my mids/highs. I'm now a Rockford believer!
How do you plan on wiring your w6's? If you wire em' down to 1ohm be careful, that amp will roast them subs!
As far as where to cross them over, i think its personal preference for the most part. Start at 80hz and adjust to taste (anything over 80 is probably too high). I personally highpass my sub around 63ish.

You do understand 3db is a double in output...
So i know this is a hard question to answer, but out of 11 on gain settings am i too low being at 7?

im running the 2 12" W6's wired at 1 ohm, i set my LPF around 70hz.
i think i could possiblly go up a little on gain, maybe a possible 8, also when i adjust gain, do i have the sub woofer levels on my head unit set to 0?
i tried doing it that way, but im just not sure lol...

double the apparent "output" or "loudness" is more like 10db to the human ear.
so what anyway?
