You can either do a spacer of some type between the seat risers and the floor, or the seat risers and the verticle seat bottom.

Easiest is probably to find yourself some 'C' channel of height you want, bolt it to the floor using the stock seat riser to floor bolts, then set the whole seat riser/seat bottom assembly ontop of the C channel, using bolts to bolt the seat risers to the top of the C channel.

You will also need to raise the seatbelts, and the peice that bolts onto the raised part of the floor at the rear of the cab and adds extra support where the seats latch down.

Clarion is old school stuff, big back in the late 80s early 90s. I havent seem much from them lately either.

so basically it is a body lift for the seat?

but that makes sense. i think i will be able to figure that out. it seems straight forward...everything has gotta come up a little bit.

well i will keep an eye out for those and ask around if anyone has those around here. if they are that good, that would be great. i want to have as much bass as possible, with out loosing my back seat.
