^^ that sub has the same specs (10", 400 RMS, 800 watts, etc.) except taht ones thinner then the comp VR.. is there really any difference besides one being thinner and less expensive (found one for 110) or is the thicker one (Comp VR) better quality or what?

again, i don't specifically have experience with these subs. but thinner subs typically arent going to hit as hard. if you're looking for more bass, try to stay with the deeper sub. what exactly are you trying to accomplish?
