i work for frequency car audio and i can personally say i am not a fan of rockford or mtx at all......there sound quality for rockford is not that bad at all but their overall construction quality is nothing to brag aobut....also the term "mint condition" with a sub is an oxymoron in itself....a used sub is a used sub.....there is no telling how much life is left in it and no telling how hard you pounded it to pieces.....mtx is NOT a good brand at all and i would not put one in my truck... but with the list price you said it seems a pretty ok deal...i would go a tad lower though....jl and boston are the ways to go!!!

If the box is built right for their subs, it can tear some chit up.

Pound it to pieces ?????? If you can pound a 9500 to pieces you would be only the 2nd person in the country to do so . Yes thats right , only one person has managed to blow one up(And he tried real hard)By putting 3000 watts to each coil .
