hey guys im about to buy speakers like tommorow i want to know which on eto go with.i have the stock hu and no amp i may replace the hu later so here are the choices.polk db-571 or alpine sps-57c2 let me know guys im doing this tommorow.the stockers are crap.

First of all I see your shopping a Crutchfield; with the stock head unit they will both sound about the same. If you plan to Amp or use a HU with some output the Sony will probaly give the greates satifisaction, in my opion. Rember these speakers will only provide fill and little staging.

Either will be good. I like the SPS-57C2 just a little more.

hey guys i wanted to update.i got my alpines today and wow what a difference.its night and day.they are much louder and sound great.and with the bass it doesnt distort at high volumes at all.thanx for the suggestions they really paid off.now its time to save up for that head unit.
