Also, do you think the optima will have problems keeping up with these amps? (dim lights etc) I did buy a Tsunami 2 farad digital capacitor. but have been hearing mixed opinions on them..

Also, about the caps... most that really do intense research decide that caps are generally not worth adding, and in some cases can actually harm your entire electrical system. If you get any, most suggest the "Batt Cap" which is really just a battery specially designed to release charge as quickly as a cap (From my understanding, at least).
If you still want a cap though, and can return the one you bought for a decent amount of cash I do have a few laying around...brushed aluminum cylinders (Voodoo brand, but removed the stickers) with blue LED readouts. I'll ship it to you for free...you pay shipping only( $10?).
Thanks for the input guys
What type/size alternator should I be looking for? I did come across this on Ebay but does not really give any specs.

Glad I saw this, I have a run of 4ga and a run of 8ga running through that same grommet already, didn't think 1/0 hyperflex would fit, thanks for showing that it will. That'll save me some time
Here are some pix of what I have been doing the past couple of nights.
I used peal n seal in the cab about 3 layers and I was able to run all the wires, im still not done I will post more soon.

I did use 3 layers which should help.I was even thinking of doing the underside of the cab and outside backwall, the stuff I used looks very close to the butyl stuff and is made for the outdoors.
