JL Stealth Box for 05 KR Screw

Does anyone know where i might be able to get a cheap price on a JL Audio Stealth Box for a 2005 KR Screw? I have been looking on ebay but I haven't come across one yet. Thanks for your help.

Good luck finding one. I've also been looking but haven't had any luck. You're probably just gonna have to get one from a dealer if you want one bad enough. There's no telling how long you'll have to wait before you actually find one for sale, unless you know someone that has one & are going to sell their truck. I just went ahead & ordered 2 10" Elemental Designs subs for mine.

You are correct about the JL. Misunderstanding. I'm using my own box with 2 10's in it. Not a JL Box.

Stealthboxes are for squares. They're overpriced and they stick out past the bottom of your seat. Get a box like this. I picked it up off ebay for $99. It holds one 10.

I think I like this one better. http://www.musicmooseaudio.com/ford_f_150f.html

I've got to agree with everyone on the JL. They are highly overpriced & you still have to remove your jack with their box. The jack removal doesn't bother me but if I have to do that, I'd rather have another sub in that location than an amp.

The JL Stealethbox is for squares? Laugh.

I guarantee you that the JL stealethbox will outperform any other single 10 enclosure for that application you can buy. Guaranteed, hands down, no competition.

Is it over priced? Hell yes. Is it the best? Sure is...and I personally liked the fact that it was VERY OEM looking (Sorry, the box you referenced looked like cheap crap, carpet wasn't even close, and are you sure it isn't 5/8 wood? ) and would get the most of a terrible situation.

The new F150 is absolutely horrible for putting systems in without sacrisicing seats... but the JL Stealthbox does a great job of making the most out of very little usable room.

And I hardly think you can consider me a square given my history of system layouts (3 12w6v2s in my last truck, a brahma 15 and Adire audio amps in my focus, etc). I'm just a punk kid with a lot of money that gets what he wants
