Pioneer Low Pro Sub

Has anyone tried to heard the Pioneer Low Profile Sub. There are showing a mounting depth of roughly 4" for a 12" sub. Sounds like a perfect fit for a screw!!

Well I heard them in some kid's truck a while ago, but the kid who put them in, built the box very poorly. They didn't sound very good.

On the other hand, the Premier sub I run in my truck sounds great.

I would say give them a shot and see what you think. People around here are idiots, so I don't trust what I hear from their stereos. I like Pioneer and I would like to hear what someone competent has to say about those shallow mount subs.
