Q logic Q custom. I might be selling mine really soon. It is an awesome enclosure but, I am getting the seat lift kit and I am going to try and fit a 12" Arc sub under there. Let me know if you are interested.

I have a Music Moose audio box that claimed 5.5 inches as well and my ID10 (which also has a 5.5 inch mounting depth) wouldn't fit. I ended up removing the magnet cover off my sub to get it to fit which was no big deal. You might contact your subwoofer company and ask if that is possible for your model.

I had a musicmoose box for one week. The box was nice and the depth correct but, the sub sat right on the carpet. There was no clearance under the sub. You could hear the sub flapping against the carpet. That is why I switched to the Q custom.

Good luck with the new one, eh.
Customer service should always assume the customer is right unless they can prove otherwise.

That's why I built my own box.
It's probably impossible to find a pre-made ported 1.0 cu.ft. 35Hz box for a regular cab to fit a sub that has a 6.4" mounting depth... lol!

(Might help if I carpeted it, eh?)

What are the measurements of your box? did you build it out of 3/4"?
