Raleigh Here

I have a black 04 f150 fx4 scab (no decals) chromed out with a 6" lift. I live off Buffaloe Rd. a few minutes from triangle town center. If you see me stop me and well install some mods and drink some beers.

What? I didn't hear you the first time.

Mac, you're right down the street from me. I live up off Perry Creek. The only mod I can think of next is a freakin' air horn for the idiots on Capital Blvd.

Hey Mac, do it yourself. It shouldn't take too long, although, it is pretty cold out. I heard We Do Trucks is expensive. I think RPM on Capital is cheaper.

BTW, why can't you use the spare?

we do trucks will charge way too much, if you are at all mechanically inclined you should be able to install it yourself.

I saw a truck like urs in the parking lot and I know you like to shoot. I went just to look and kill some time.

As a matter of fact I was. I was able to squeak in a hour at the range. I picked up a couple guns at the gunshow a couple weeks ago. Ruger GP100 .357 and a Ruger Mark III .22 that I was itching to shoot. I saw a black F-150 out in the parking lot. Was that yours? Looked great. Mine looks like crap. I went 4-wheelin yesterday. I wish I would have know that was you. I would have introduced myself. I was the big oaf walking around with a green browning hat on.

I kinda spent all my quarters on the .357 and .22, but I will keep your .44 in mind. I heard the springfields are good guns. Careful of Davi's, they push hard on the Glock's. No offense to Glock owners, but they are just not my style. The looks of a gun, not just function and dependability, also mean a lot to me. Also, the two guns (new) above I got at the gunshow combined were at least $150 less than what Davi's sells them for. FYI.

I dont like Glocks either, Davis is high but they have a decent selection of used guns. PDHS has springfields and sigs priced pretty good. I try to stay away from the gun shows I always spending more than I want, impulsive buying I guess. I like the Taurus a lot but I dont have a need for it, Ive only shot it on two occasions, I bought it to take to Alaska for a backup while in brown bear country.

I just got a 2004 F150 4x4 Lariat Super Crew last week. I live in Indian Trail, NC - just east of Charlotte. The dealer threw in some mods to get me to buy it. Billet grill, Chrome door handles, tinted windows, cat back dual exhaust, and chrome tubular step bars. It's Aspen green - I love the color and the mods. I am looking into getting rid of the stock stereo system and putting in a video system for the kids, I would like to put in a modest but not over the top system (any suggestions). I'll post pictures as soon as I get back in town.
