but your v6 is lighter than his v8 so he's just gonna sink

it's really not difficult but last few times i went out with groups there was 1 or two who were completely clueless and pretty much tailgating through the rough spots and when the person in front of them slowed down from sand they had to stop and got stuck.

Entrance is cake. You can even get a running start to it coming off the bridge if you run the stop sign.

got an exit number so i can put it in the OP?

what are yal thinking for plans? hit up MSR? straight to beach? start planning/posting ideas so hopefully we can pick whose doing what so we don't have to make a food run again and drive 20+ minutes away.

last time we collected money from everyone to pay for food so one person isn't out alot of money. it was either $5 or $10 IIRC, so not much but enough to cover everything.

Exit number? There isn't one.

Just put Texas Highway 288 and Texas Highway 35.

I think a morning MSR session would be awesome. But would be dumb for everyone to meet at Buc-ee's then back track to MSR from there.

If we do MSR Houston, we all meet at MSR Houston.

If we go straight to the beach, we meet at Buc-ee's for gas, drink, ice, etc.

As for the food, if we can get a general consensus on type of food, we should have everyone PayPal someone money before hand to buy all food prior so time isn't wasted on going to Kroger.

Everyone would need to be responsible for their own drinks, though. That way no one is left not getting what they want.

i'm thinking meet around 11-11:30 at bass pro, then 11:45-12:15 at either MSR or bucees depending on what we decide. MSR closes fairly early i believe so we will have to check with that. then maybe hit up that mexican restaurant again on the way down.
