But just a warning yall will see some crazy s#!t around the freeport/oyster creek area. well honestly around B County period... Anyways I was thinkin bout what the easiest route from Bucees to the beach would be & Im thinkin go through Angleton & take 523 through Oyster Creek. Itd be the fastest and most direct route. Unless everyone wants to go through LJ and hit a lot of lights & nondrivin folk. Jus a suggestion.

i always just take 288 the whole way, don't know if it changes names at any point once your down there but it puts you right there on the beach.

I was actually thinking about this the other day too, Sean.

Last time we went to El Toro before the beach, so we took 288 to Dixie Dr. And then from there did the 332 to 1495 right there at Buc-ee's.

I figured this time might be better to jump off on 2004, then turn on 36 by the Prison farm and go that way. Just warm them about Jones Creek speed trap.

Or we could just go through lj (288/332) & then 1495 but i was wondering if everyone wanted to go through a ton of stoplights and deal with idiots in traffic or jus go around all that cause 288/332 is under serious construction

Crap, I completely forgot about them working on the new bridge and 6 laning the road. That definitely changes things. I'm sure you've driven them lately, so you have a better idea of travel time than I do, so I'll agree with whatever you think is best.

Hahahaha good one but goin through lj will prolly be the easiest route minus the construction, lights, & traffic. Plus if anyone gets seperated from the convoy its not hard to figure out where to go
