and check powerstroke.org, they seem to sell trucks cheaper than they are worth. they were selling below trade in prices and i had no chance of selling mine on there because of it.

are you wanting 2 or 4wd? never towed or been worked. my uncle bought it new i'm pretty sure to one up my dad and he will take less than that number.

haha ive seen mostly 4x4's and they are preferred but ive been avoiding 03's like the plague haha. and unless he wants to trade a dodge nitro plus cash (depending what hes asking) im looking for a dealer for now

 

yea 2wd diesel's don't hold their value at all.

to be honest, the 03's aren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be, not saying that to try and get you to buy that truck but it's the truth. from what i could tell from the 6.0 forum on powerstroke it's basically a few popular guys state something and then everyone follows what they say.

main thing is get an OASIS report and any truck you find at a dealer. if it has a fairly clean report go for it, if it's long and nasty pass no matter how much you like it.

 

i looked at 2 twin 04's on monday and waiting for the 4x4 to get out of the shop after getting new batteries and seat fixed.

2wd is a 1 owner crew cab silver with grey leather and 132k for around 13k
4wd is a 3 owner crew cab silver with grey leather and 107k for around 14.5K

It turned into 5k in cash.

But the truck I drove to Rosenburg to see was sold 15 minutes after I got there and 30 after I called saying I was coming. It would have been nice to know they were dealing on it before I got there
