so do the new enhancements mean that someday I'll start getting a true count for the number of posts I've made? Been stuck at 213 for over three years...

Firefox has the option to show the red x if you wish (I found it best when working on forums to use this option). Regardless, it's fixed.

Everyone started with a reputation of 10.

Posts from GD or QotS still do not count towards totals post totals.

Steve......when looking at your User CP for the reputations given, why are some different colors other than green? Does that mean they didn't approve of your post? If so, I don't have the option to disapprove.

One other thing that I noticed and that when I click on an external link I do not get the F150online banner in the new window.

If I may express my feelings and thoughts about this new Reputation thats new on here.

I believe it's no good. People are able to leave a bad rep for no reason at all, and your not able to see who left you a bad rep, and for what reason. The reputation is not honest by any means as anyone can just give you a bad rep without showing who they are with no comment on why.

I stand right now at -12 in the red zone, only one person was able to give me an honest answer as to why they left a bad rep with me, all others left there comment box blank and obviously no name who sent it.

The point is, the reputation is not honest. At least show names of people who left bad rep, then I'm sure half the people wouldn't leave a bad mark then.

I thought it was cool the first day it came out, but then realized fast that it's just point numbers and won't mean a thing as there not honest remarks.

(just thought I'd share my feelings on this) I will add though, spell check is GREAT to have on here now, which is the best feature to have added!

Hey MV,
I think the negative rep is fine, but I'm with you about not leaving a comment as to why. I think that should be a requirement to leave reputation points at all.

Well, I gave you a good rep point. I dont look at it like that. We pretty much know each other round here, and a couple / few dots doesn't change who you are.

Chin up foo.

Making the feedback anonymous will cut down on retaliation. "You gave Raoul a negative?...a plague on your house I say..."

I'll sign my feedback either way but to automatically do it could start a war unseen since the days of ____________
