Not really today but...
So I'd been thinking about doing dual exhaust/new muffler for a while now. I did my research and decided to do it after hearing a buddies Raptor with a 5.4 and a flowmaster 40 series muffler.
So thats what I got but, I didn't want the tips to look just like every other dual exhaust I'd ever seen, and I knew I liked how the Powerstroke Diesel's exhaust is done, so I kinda went that route...but out the back. Here it is
Flowmaster 40 series with 3 1/2" Chrome tips

It was hot ..... humid ..... but yesterday evening I gave her a bath ..... and today I went over her from end to end and in the crevices, jambs, you name it. Did whole body and all the trim with Liquid Ice, did the rubber with Aerospace 303, used some Teflon Wax on parts, cleaned windows, vacuumed her some, got her looking pretty spiffy.
Took this next picture, clear sky, very humid, up at 92 .... moved truck over to carport and couple hours later as we ate supper a sudden storm blew up, hard rain, some wind .... and we heard a crash .... found a tree down across the drive where this picture was taken .... glad I moved truck!
I like that ..... I almost did that same thing not long ago.

What exactly do you use on your plastics, such as the bumper step pad? The 303? Looks brand new. I can always get mine looking like that, but after the first rain, it's back to gray.

I did finish up a bottle of 303 Protectant that had a dribble in it on the Undercover bed cover.
I bought aa few bottles a few years ago when Advance had a sale, it's like the below picture. I know the package has changed since then, not sure about the product. Also, after the dry buffing ..... the Ice will still show some places the next day that looks like you missed them, I take a barely damp cloth and hit those and all is well.
On the Mustang & Mercury & others ... I use more conventional wax products on the paint and then hit the plastic, rubber as needed with 303 or ICE.
But this truck has so much dark grey and black trim pieces, the ICE just makes sense. I've used "wax" on it, it shines good, but then there's all that trim and wax to clean off and then I still need something on it ..... and with ICE, I can do it all once. If I get it on glass ..... it's OK, just makes it slicker. The truck spends it's off time in a enclosed carport out of sun & rain.
When it set outside before I got that carport, water spotting was a problem and I had to buff it a couple times.
