It doesn't keep it from sticking but makes it easier to scrape off when it freezes over night. Rain-X rocks, I have it on every car and the boat too!

my rainX will last months and i wash my truck often. i make sure the window is fairly clean before applying....i've also put it on a slightly dirty one, same excellent results. i always had the problem of not getting the streaks completely off...tryed paper towels, bath towels.....but here's the trick.....NEWSPRINT! u know the regular black n white crap. works awsome and very easy to take off the streaks. i also use newspaper to clean the inside windows(even with 3m tint) with amazing results.

oh ya, i use rainX on all my windows and side mirrors. and it does help the snow and ice from freezing to the window and bugs come off alot easier too.

i never use my wipers....they actually wear out from UV.

My whole truck now "beads" up when wet.
Sure it cost $28.00 for the wash, but it should last a couple of months.
That is cheaper than teflon coating for sure. I still do the old fashoined wax. It seals pretty well. How would you compare the two?
