I have a g-tech but I also use this. http://www.wallaceracing.com/0-60_equation.php
Usually within a few thousandths of each other.
They hooked well. The track was slick as hell. Guys were about to fight over the right lane as the left one was in terrible shape. I managed 1.82 60' and spun like hell. I want to make the trip to Rockingham NC and race there.

mine says 10.6 recorded on my edge. i can do better if my truck sits over night. idk why she runs like crap when shes warmed up, but when shes cold i can sit there and roast my tires.

that formula puts me at 6.94 which isnt bad still having the stock 3.55's and 35's. now time for the 1/4 mile track to see exactly what it can do. lol.

i think theres something wrong with my truck now that i see all these times, i have a 2wd 03 scab with a 5.4 and a edge evo on level 3 gotts mod and true dual exhaust with 275/55 r 20s, my edge says it does 0-60 in 9.8 secs and 1/4 mile in 17.2 at 79mph, these times look more like a single cab 4.2 v6, any thoughts would be appreciated

Tall wheels and tires and it doesn't look like you re-geared to compensate.

and only having a tune/exhaust/gotts will only do so much. keep in mind heavy rims, taller tires, heavier truck, auto vs probably standard, how hot/humid it was, when did you replace plugs-air filter last, could all be factors and not to mention the edge could be off 2-4 tenths which makes a difference.

well come to find out my speedo was off 5 mph so i reset the tire size and the edge now says 8.5 0-60, thats closer to what i expected but idk about the plugs and the air filter is a new paper filter but it has mis matched coils, some are grey and some black and none are motorcraft, it was like that when i got it so i kno i need to change those, thinkin bout accels or msd's, and how do you guys think 4.10s will do on the hwy with that size tire?

If it's not missing just run the coils you have on there.
DO NOT wast your money on accels or msd.
If your going to replace COPs, go with the motorcraft! There better and will last longer!
You can get them at rock-auto for 45 bucks a piece.

I've got 4.10s and spin 2000rpm at 63mph and can get 18mpg if I hold it under 65. That's with 265/75R17 tires. city mpg is closer to 13

Well, my truck came stock with them, so I can't compare how it would be with 3.73s or anything. But my Dad has a screw/6.5 with the 5.4 and 3.73s, so I'll compare it to that instead.
RPMs are a bit higher, He gets about 1-2mpg better than me in the same driving.
Off the line I can spin my tires without a problem and definitely have a faster 0-60 than he does.
In a drag race I stay out front till about 85mph, then my gearing is out and his truck will start creeping up on me. Thats right about a quartermile anyways though.
If I floor it above 75mph I'm lacking the power he has also, just cuz of where the 4.10s put me in the powerband.
