Forum issues

It appears that yall changed the font size a tiny bit smaller, but that may have been just something i accidentally did on my computer.

anyways i have a problem now. When i view my recent posts by clicking my profile -> show all statistics -> all posts by Patman03sprcrw, the Icons that appear next to my posts that show the different levels of activity are consistently inaccurate. They are indicating that there are new posts, or several new posts when i am still the last poster in the thread.

im talking about these:

Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone else view the forums like i do, to follow up on threads that you posted in recently?

Im not ranting or trying to be a nuisance, just trying to figure out why im seeing what im seeing

Thanks,
-Patrick

We haven't tweaked any font sizes. Beyond that, I can't reproduce your description of the problem.

I know it's an elementary fix but, you may try logging out, dumping cookies, restarting your browser and then re-logging back in with a new cookie (in that order).

i actually did notice this a couple days ago, but i figured it had always been that way because i hardly ever look at the icons. ive got firefox 3.5.2 and its been freezing up a lot on me on several different websites, so it may have something to do with it.

Pat, is that how you see if there's been any activity on the threads your active in?

Not sure if you know it or not. Probably do but you can also use the Quick Links and go to subscribed threads instead of going through all the profile>show all statistics > all posts by you.

Just a heads up for you or anyone really.

That is true if you have auto subscribe on. Problem is, with as much as i post it isnt practical to view it like that, but yes on bigger build threads, or my own threads i start i usually will subscribe to them and sometimes setup email notifications if its something that people will search for, dig up an old thread and post in it, and then expect an immediate reply.

But thanks for looking out for me
