don't move my post, fix the problem!!

Attn to the administrator who moved my post about how to post pics:

apparently there is a problem w/ your site and posting pics to galleries maybe? I read another post from yesterday, because my post was moved from this to the 'general questions' area. I can't tell you how many times I've read through questions on this '04-05 forum where people are asking how to post pics, and nice people reply to it and in turn it helps hundreds of people out all at the same time. So, instead of moving my post, either tell me how to fix the problem or get around it, or get it fixed please! I still am having the same problem.....login to galleries, it takes me directly to the create a gallery screen where everyone else's galleries and top 10's are listed, but no way for me to post pics or access my own. Hell, post some directions for god's sakes, maybe this won't be such an issue to new people and those who are learning how to post.

I came accross the EXACT same problem and had a VERY hard time getting a straight answer also. To finally make it work, I had to (temporarly and reluctanly) disable my security software. One other time(didn't work this time) I was able to 'clear cookies" and it worked.
This should not be necessary IMO. On other sites you do not have to do this.
Hope this helps.

Thanks a ton jimmy for the reply, glad I'm not the only one out there having this problem. I don't see why it is so hard to figure out how to do this, then on top of it there is an apparent problem at this point. I take it that only people trying to post for the first time are having this problem. Most of the time this is just a straightforward process. Not even sure why there would be a problem w/ cookies that would affect this in this way. We'll see what happens.

Actually, I had my gallery set up for some time. When I went to simply add photos.... exactly as you described is what happened to me. I spent hours trying to figure it out. VERY annoying. This site really needs to update their system. Hope it works out for ya. Let me know.

P.S. to see my gallery, click on my user name to display "homepage". I don't have that cute little camera everyone else has. I don't have the patience to figure out why either.

It seems you have to log in twice. After logging into the site, you have to login again on your gallery page. working for me

That's what I did. Seemed confusing, but I made short work of figuring it out.
