I'm gonna tune it up! what do I need??

As I posted on here before, the truck runs like crap, idles like crap, gets horrible gas mileage..etc.. here it is
93 f150 300 I-6 4x4 5spd 122,000 miles

I've already put new fuel filter, plugs, air cleaner and fuel injector cleaner (i'm gonna run another bottle thru it though) new serpentine belt

here's what I'm thinking I'll get for it

Plug wires
distributor cap
rotor
02 sensor
new front shocks
rear diff oil
new seals and grease the bearing in the front end

what am I missing??

I never got better than 13 with my sixer ('89 4x4 LB reg cab, 3.55 5spd.). That was downhill both ways with a tail wind. I must admit however that the pedal was almost permanantly mated with the floor.

I've heard some people claim 15-17. Kudos to them.
