Well...the new radiator didn't solve the problem, so I'm putting a new fan clutch in today...I just don't see it being the fan clutch...it still feels stiff and resistant, but thats the only thing left to the cooling system I havn't replaced.(Then again the truck has 107k with the stock fan clutch)
New:
Radiator
hoses
belt
waterpump
T-stat(s)
coolant
cap
timing checked

Think it could be my FIPK?
It's getting plenty of fresh air.
I know it's not a bad sending unit because I can definately feel a difference in performance in the truck when the temp starts rising.

I was but I got the wrong one...I bought a 36mm center nut reversed thread but I needed a 40mm normal thread nut so I just got my money back and ordered the radiator.

I'm going to feel like a idiot if it solves the problem, it should have been one of the first things I did.

Well Chris, it looks like I'm an idiot. I installed the new fan clutch and it ran kinda hot for the first 20 minutes I drove it then I think it broke in and cooled down. I'll find out for sure when I drive home today but last-night I drove it like I stole it with the a/c on max and it stayed realy cool.

Thanks,
Justin

Well I'm home now and I'm kind of an idiot, the truck runs good, but on the freeway where I usualy start to see the temp rising it did but not near as bad, I had the A/C going for the first time in a few months so I know that would have helped but still it shouldn't have done that, so I turned the A/C off and everything went back to normal..then after getting off the freeway and into town I turned the A/C back on and my temp started rising again..prety fast then as soon as I turn it off everything goes back to normal. is it possible to be a bad sending unit or maybe the temp gauge is broken? I would think those would be things that either do work or don't work at all. Atleast i don't have to run the heater in 90 degree wheather any more!

You can try replacing the temp sending unit if you want to, but it sounds to me like you're okay. Keep in mind where you live, and what time of year it is, too!

Take care,
~Chris
