Donate,

When you start playing with injector size your gonna have to get a fuel/air ratio meter...........and an adjustable fuel pressure reg,but i think you already have a BBK reg,so your halfway there.

When you put more fuel in.......your gonna need more air and exhaust,(i.e. intake/heads.

If your just looking for a new set of injectors (19lbs) i have a Ford motosport set never used, still in the box.

well i have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and an air/fuel gauge, and a friend of mine just replaced his 24# injectors with 36's, so i was wondering if i would see any gain by switching to 24#.

24 lb injectors are way to much fuel unless your truck is heavily modified. Performance gain will be zero-possibly worse.

dvldog458,

I've been thinking about replacing my fuel injectors for some time now. 19# are the stock size, right? How much do the fuel injectors cost? If Donate54 doesn't want them, I would be interested if they don't cost too much. I'm still recuperating from the intake manifold!!!

Done properly you should get a chip burn if you go to larger injectors. Even though the compute will attempt to adjust the mixture, you can exceed the limits of what the computer will do.

I also agree, really nothing to gain unless you add a lot more work. The stock 19 lb injectors will handle most bolt ons.

Thumbs down

Because the clever PHP script here includes the "," in the URL. Just delete it and it'll work.

It worked fine for me yesterday. I also get a DNS error now. Seem to be technical problems with the domain resolution. Try again later today or tomorrow. The link is definitely fine (without the comma)!
