968 F-100 with Coyote swap
Personally, I love the idea of a restomod, and aside from the wheels, I think this truck is pretty wicked. There's a little more info on the HP, but you can hear it run in the video below.

I've actually always thought it would be awesome to buy one of those repopped Mustang bodies and build a brand-new, Coyote-powered 66 Fastback. I don't think they'll ever wind up repopping any old trucks though.
