killer big-block restomod F-100

The writer on the HP says he never gets tired of restomod trucks — and I don't either. There are more pics on the HP, and you can watch the video below. What do you think? Bet you wouldn't kick this baby out of your garage...

Another tire burning video...........boring. Nice truck though.

Not a fan of the slammed trucks. I have an old 1974 modded truck in the garage that was one of the D Model Explorers, white. Makes about 550HP, an FE that has had some machine work done, Edelbrock, Carter Superquad, Comp Cam, tricked up heads, headers, 3" duals, bolted to a modded C6. Yeah, it can burn up a set of tires pretty quick. While the truck in the vid appears to have normal size meat under the back end, mine runs 275/50/15s. That's right at 12" of rubber on the road. The engine is setup to run with 3.50 gears but right now it's sporting 3.00 gears. Still smokes the tires at 40mph roll but I do get 15 mpg hiway with it.

Sound like a hell of a truck!
