Trans swap driveshaft question

Plan on swapping out the E4OD in my 1996 F150 5.8 4X4 super cab with the M5R2 from my 1995 F150 4.9 4X4 regular cab. [Rust victim!] Have all the wiring, clutch and mount issues addressed but will I need to replace either of the driveshafts or does the transfer case land up in the same place?

[Don't need all the ZF swap advice, The Mazda is in good shape, low miles and will be just fine for my use. I am not an off-roader and rarely even use the 4WD. Occationally need it for getting in the road at camp with the sled trailer. Most importantly, I already own it. Thanks anyway!]

Simply measure the distance from the engine-to-bellhousing mounting face to the t-case-to-transmission mounting face for both trannies.
That will tell you everything you need to know

Don't have my hard drive with the tranny lengths available to me now, but I want to remember that they are different...

The E4OD is about the longest, heaviest (both weight AND duty) trans ever installed in a 1/2-ton truck. The Mazda is tiny in comparison.
