94 Sputtering after washing engine bay

My oil pan gasket was leaking so I got under there with a pressure washer and cleaned it up real nice then on the way home it was jerking and sputtering and just terrible so I parked I had to leave it on a neighboring street and let it sit for a day to dry out. When I was driving it back home it was still sputtering and jerky, not sure if misfiring. So it's been 3 days since the ordeal and it's still idling poorly and sputtering and if I push it I can even hear popping noises. I checked all the spark plugs and there's no sign of water in there. Any ideas?

I went through each thoroughly and there was no moisture and no crack and made sure all of the connections were tight. Everything seemed to be in order.
