Rear Wheel Cylinder replacement tips

Fixed. Actually was fairly simple, I was more scared than I needed to be. I took the two springs and the cable off the anchor pin and spread them open enough to replace the cylinder. On one side the drum was too tight to slide off so I accessed the adjustment dial from the backplate (thank you to Haynes book for that). Then bled the brakes and went back for a state re-inspection and PASSED!
The brakes looked in good shape so I didn't do a rebuild. I'm certain the shop that was doing the inspection would have told me if I needed to do more to them. One of the cylinders actually was leaking so it did indeed need replaced.
Thank you for your replies!!!
